I am very pleased to announce the acquisition of the operating businesses of the Northern Technologies Group of Companies by the Edac Group of Companies and welcome these businesses into the Edac Group. The Northern Group includes Northern Technologies Corp. and Lanpar Technologies Inc. Effective immediately, these businesses will operate as Northern Technologies, a division of Edac Inc. and Lanpar Technologies, a division of Edac (America) Ltd.
