The global trade landscape continues to evolve, and we continue to navigate the challenges posed by tariffs between the U.S. and China. While the temporary 90-day “reprieve” is a welcome step, the long-term outlook remains uncertain. At the Edac Group of Companies, our priority is for stability and continuity of your supply chain, and today we want to share the proactive steps we’re taking to mitigate disruptions both now and in the future.
Our Actions to Date:
- Diversified Manufacturing Footprint: Leveraging our global presence, we’ve accelerated production scaling in facilities outside China, including locations in Taiwan, Europe, and the Americas. This ensures significantly reduced tariff exposure. While some cost adjustments are inevitable, we have minimized these impacts wherever possible.
- Strategic Expansion: To further strengthen resilience, we’re investing in a new greenfield manufacturing facility. Details will follow soon.
