August 27, 2024 I am very pleased to announce the acquisition of the operating businesses of the Northern Technologies Group of Companies by the Edac Group of Companies and welcome these businesses into the Edac Group. The Northern Group includes Northern Technologies Corp. and Lanpar Technologies Inc.
